Looks to me like it is a Beech Model 17R which is the only one I could find with both the fixed gear and the front vented engine cover. (See The Staggerwing Story by E H Phillips). Looks good, are you uploading it anywhere?
Cheers, Paul

Haha, no my friends, just pulling a leg! ;D (If I have the expression right.) This is Vehicle Simulator! A few weeks ago I found the site and demo and tried it. And bought it! Trialtime is 165 seconds, after that you start again and you get the next 165 seconds. I started with a hangglider. (Ilan Papini is the maker of Microflight too, so a hangglider is obvious present.) But then the surprises started! I landed in a field and the grass was waving in a breeze! And so were the trees! I have never seen that before in a flightsim! Further investigations showed me there were planes, helicopters, boats, big ships, you can drive a car, a tank if you want to and there are submarines and they really go under water! The sim is very young, released end of 2008, so downloads are still growing. But there are some beautiful sceneries available already. Some more shots: Gliding over Corsica. Beeching over Corsica! Submarine cockpit. Ready to dive! Under water! Me and my Porsche underway on the Isle of Ouessant. You can play with the weather too. Helicopter on Ouessant Airport. The demo is just under 50MB and it gives a good picture of the possibilities. Theo (By the way, I was reading the forum overthere and I saw a nickname... well, I've seen it before! )

Hi, Well, there's finally a shot to combine Flight Simulator, Virtual Sailor, Train Simulator, and Orbiter with "Second Life" technology, all into one simulator. I've been putting this into the various forums for years that this is what each company should strive toward. I was really surprised at the overwhelmingly negative response I got at each one. This is where it should go. I imagine that each hobby is just too small and specialized to get something like this up and running. If Micro$oft doesn't get back in to the game soon, someone, maybe these guys, are going to run away with all the related hobbies. Wow! Imagine a virtual world of trains, ships, planes, cars, space craft, and anything else you can imagine...and what it would look like to fly or drive into that. ..and we finally are approaching the computer power needed to do just that. Yours,

I fully agrea! It would be very nice to fly a countryside and see the trains and cars driving under you. (No trains in this sim, yet! But you can go into space!) If Micro$oft doesn't get back in to the game I think Microsoft closed the door forever. That is why Aerosoft is picking up. But again, only the flying part.. Theo

That is good! man I'd love to see a "submarine" world there, just for a change. I'll keep an eye on that.
