My sentiments exactly. I still have problems running FSX the way I want it, but I will be buying a new computer in the next 90 days that should cure any remaining issues. I"ve had this one since the FSX Beta period and it is now "bottom of the line." Orbx/FTX both NA and the just arrived today Australia DVD have made going back impossible. When I install FSX on the new computer, it will have Orbx/FRX and FS Addon Tongass X . I won't need anything else. And I'll likely only install about 1/3 my payware aircraft. I won't add any pictures because that is what mine looks like too Also, nice to see the paint job Leon made for Bookman still flying Captain Breen indeed!

Hi, a newbie here, just wanted to say the best thing I have found to run FSX is a dedicated SSD (Solid State Drive) The one I have is an older one i got off an auction site & it runs really well with most things turned up with add on scenery like ORBX FTX (Australia 4) REX weather, TrackIR5 and EZdock camera. If I remember right it runs at 285megs a second, newer SSDs are twice as fast. Now just have to get Golden Wings up & running. I previously had one installed that worked fine until I upgraded FS9 to 9.1. Current instal was a copied 9.1, but it does not want to get past the start up window. Love the website here Pat

Welcome to the gang Pat. I'm sure everyone here will agree, it's always good when new faces come on board.
