In the past few weeks I have been slowly organizing and re-organizing my TS20xx. I still have the default steam install but I have built 3 more installs on an external hard drive, removed from steam. One each for US, UK and the rest that I call EU. In the US install for example I have all my steam sourced US routes plus Munich-Augsburg that is required for the Workshop Bergen Line in NY/NJ. I have added one by one all the US freeware routes I have downloaded since 2012 and found most of them work OK. Some aren't finished, some aren't worth keeping but there are some real gems. I have essentially done the same with my UK routes. The EU folder on the other hand has been the biggest challenge. I have a few default steam German routes as well as some 3rd party payware like the Swiss route SBB1, but I also have German, Austrian, Italian, Spanish (even one Portugese) and several Eastern European routes. Finding all the dependencies (95% maybe) has been an adventure with Google Translate and 3 years of high school French 55 years ago. So the count for now is really scary. US: 82 routes, UK: 134 routes, EU: 40 routes. I will probably weed that a bit but do you think I have enough variety? Yes I have loads of rolling stock to go with the routes too. I even have some meter gauge Brazilian locos & freight cars and 2 meter gauge Italian routes to run them on LOL.
I'm not sure but I think I am getting daffy in my old age.

My....that would be a challenge indeed....but once finished that would be perfect. One thing I hate about my T-Sim install. I feel like I'm rummaging through my darn junk drawer every time I want to try some different route. That would be really nice to have all the UK routes, rolling stock etc., on a UK install etc. Cheers,
