For NAT day 18 we begin the day with a pleasant little hop over to Epperly Field in Omaha, Nebraska. Even from this height I can smell the fields of corn husks hanging in the air making me so hungry for an ear of buttered corn on the cob. Up ahead an air field looms into view and it looks like it will be an easy landing. But It's always best to check and make sure that we are at the right field. Starting to make my circle around the field. Confirming my location with the writing on the roof. After executing a three point landing I taxi over to the hangers. Man, check out that awesome control tower! I don't believe that I've seen anything like that this entire tour. Looks like I'm going to have my choice of hangers for parking and maintenance. With my hanger picked out the crew is nice enough to open the doors for me to taxi through. Lot's of activity going on at this place. All I need to do is find a place to eat then I'm off to my next stop. See ya all later...

There's Epperly [ Whaat is that? May be the control tower. The paper boy must have a neck on an arm to get the paper way up here! Hope it's nothing serious. I'll ask him. Some inside shots.

Hey Bruzee, I really like those fall colors in your shots, it looks nice and cool. I've been fighting the heat of July for all my pictures and yours makes a nice contrast. Good job.
