"ITS SO UGLY IT LOOKS GOOD ! " That it does!. Kinnda like some Ole wagon. You can hang a bucket on it,strap a tool box on its side, room for a pick and shovel, a red hanging Kero lamp on its rear. Can haul Hogs, and goats also. I like the monkey bars in the cockpit,ya can hang on them,or use it for your horizon.Hanging straps are also good for the "Standees" the hired help,of course. This thing has character,This "Joe's "CREATURE", is a plane I would really would have loved to own.Any one with a Trade-A-Plane from Kazakhstan? bet there out there, working! VIN "Thanks Joe"

Ugly or not - this is a great flying plane. Flew it around Alaska all last night - flight characteristics are smooth as silk as are the passengers!! Thanks Joe for the plane, the work you put in to it, and the lady's! Dan …it’s great being a kid again – without the glue! ;D

I need to splurge, go in debt and buy a real plane like that. Maybe I'll get the chance to fly around a couple set of ( can I say hooters in this forum? ) good looking women. maybe I just got 2d on the brain...

Hi all... anyone up for doing a Wilga repaint for me? NOting fancy.. off or dirty White... well maintained..on the inside only... it is a perfect utility addition for my Bronson Creek Air Service... that serves Mining operations areund that part of British Columbia.... mostly "hand-me-down" ugly but functional aircraft in the inventory.... from the United Nations... we bargined well for our three aircraft... a very, very used Chinook, a wonderful MI-8 and a never say die.. AN-24RV ... Would love to add the Wilga... all the paint schemes out there now... well, let's say, really don't have the time to keep it clean. on the outside. Dale here is a shot of the Chinook at Site 57...about a 15 minute flight north of Bronson Creek... also, you'll notice we don't trust the locals to paint a WIgla. ... see how they applied the number 50.... the only meaning that 50 has is that it is the 50th piece of something in our overal inventory... which I think also includes tool sets.......

Somehow it turned yellow... I did a little doodling on it and this is what I've come up with.... Any thoughts? Looks like a really short bus to me.
