Definitely Porsche - cancelled due to some problems in Europe.
There were three coupes, developed in 1939 at Zuffenhausen. They were referred to as the 'Berlin-Rom-Wagen'

Yes guys! you are correct. In fact it is a "Porsche Typ 64 " and she was intended to do the Berlin\Rome race supposed to be held during 1939 and halted by the war. More of this car and other rarities here: www.madle.org/dvilla09ham.htmThe Porsche car and the second one were both tested in the wind tunnel at the Polytechnic of Turin, is that why they are more or less similar I guess? well the second car is a Lancia Aprilia Aerodinamica 1938 a tipical timeless "Pininfarina" design.
