We promised an FS9 version and we will deliver. She's a beautiful ship. Our challenge is still trying to complete the FS9 project within the file size limits. Stay tuned! Not looking good for the FS9 version. The method that Lionheart uses is a Gmax based method and we use FSDS. The FSX version however is looking quite good and we've tapped SP2 SimConnect to add a feature that has yet to be done by by all but a few. Functioning fuel dump capability.

Spad,
Lionheart adapted the method from Proptrash (the guy who did the INSANELY complex Stearman) who uses FSDS. I very much hope you can get it to work, but if not C'est la vie.
fingers crossed, Jamie (FSDS user)

I agree that it's possible. Its just not a hoop we're going to jump through for this project. We've been at this project for over 6 months and much of the code that we have used to add functionality to the VC does not transfer back to FS9. Therefore the FS9 version has been shelved. I'd be glad to give the current FS9 source file to anyone who has the time an effort to bring it to FS9 as long as GAS is credited and it's released as freeware

Spad,
don't feel bad, I really do fully understand, you obviously tried and that speaks volumes, loud ones!! My 'ribbing' was purely very eager hopefulness. New FS9 releases are few and far between, even less so for planes you have a thang for.
I'm a learner/newbie FSDS user, CFS2 from FS9 conversions mainly in FSDS 2.24, never really made it to 3.x I'm affraid. If no one else steps up to the plate I'd be willing to try as a learning process. As long as I was given some slack, lol. Spad, if your serious and there is no time scale (lol) and no-one else steps up, I'd be willing to try.
Jamie

The FS9 version is back on the table. We don't have the required skills to use the PropTrash method, but we do have the legacy of BL. We will make it happen. Stay tuned for updates
