In all heavy iron Models,I was able to control the speed break lever with my mouse...Was able to increase or decrease by dragging..now I can only extend to a partial ,and then it goes full..this with no retracting..I had this ,and now don't..That is full up and down control. The key board "/"..still works ..only full up,or full down..no incremental control...Any Ideas or adjustments?...tried using different Mouse...no Go!..thanx..Vin

You've left me behind on this one Vin. I didn't even know you could have incremental control - have only ever used full open or full closed. Show's you how much I know Roger

Hi Roger,On most Heavy Iron Models,..The Spoilers are deployed in increments. On the cockpit Controls,You as you know,Deploy landing Grear,Flaps and Spoilers...With your mouse pointer.,as a draggier!..Done it ,with no problems...But As with this Sim,"STUFF" happen's... ;D.!! ..In One of these Pics you will see the setting at 40%..I will play with it..Must be a mouse adjustment...Thanx ..vin!!

Vin,
Haven't flown 'big iron' much in FSX, but checked it out in the FSX default 737...............
You have to be in the air for full incremental control (your pics show you still on the ground). Doesn't work with weight on the landing gear.
You can control via; click and drag, mouse wheel, or by assigning a control axis if you have one to spare.
To arm auto speed brake for landing you can use [shift+/].

Thanks Dave as always!!...yes the Key board "/" or "shift /" will work. Using the Default 737...try to show the remote quadrant with ,Shift 5...now with no start up,drag the mouse on the Spoiler lever...it will show degrees of settings...as well displaying that in in the Cockpit Quadrant......Both will move. However the Cockpit quadrant will not in any attitude, move.....I found that on the cockpit lever, with the mouse arrow on it..there seems to be an elusive "Sweet Spot"..If you can get on it it works......So it may be in the soft touch, and not with meat handed efforts.you can get results...I Dunno. ;D..Meanwhile finding this in a busy Solo, work load, on finial...will and does result in a crash....Spoilers when required ,are an integral part of smooth landings.......Its the "WHO NELLIE" pulling the reigns back of planes!...Some things never change!! .Having Fun..Vin
