The Bluebonnet Railway is new at UKTS. File ID 32401
Info from UKTS & the readme:
A short, fictional heritage railway set in modern day, somewhere in the north of England.
Tourist operations are the bulk of the services on this route, but there's facilities for goods trains as well. This would be a good route for testing out new engines.
-RSC's Settle to Carlisle route, avalible on STEAM -RSC's AP Station pack, no longer avalible but apparently included with new routes. -RSC's Foliage Pack 01, this should be default on newer versions of the game. -Default US Assets: for new users, this is avalible on STEAM under the name "US Loco & Asset Pack". For veteran Railworks/TS2012 users, this is default. -Default UK/EU Assets: for new users, this is avalible on STEAM from different routes such as the East Coast Mainline, Great Western Mainline, etc. For veteran Railworks/TS2012 users, this is default.
So if you bought the game as "Railworks" or "Train Simulator 2012", then all you need is Settle-Carlisle and the AP Station Pack.
Info from Tom: Nicely done with lots of possibilities. Good for the new GWR Steam Railmotor or one of those ugly little tank engines with a couple passenger coaches. It comes with a few standard scenarios and one free roam, but no quick drives. So I had to make a couple quick drives today. Just basic end to end each way with no AI or statics at the moment but if you want them just ask.

Quite possibly so. Not being from the UK, I can't tell the difference between real and fictional on these old steam branches, unless I try to find them in Google Earth That can be enlightening when you discover the route is nowhere near where you imagined it. I am getting a geography lesson.

...I am getting a geography lesson. One of the really useful things about the internet, in my opinion. It can certainly broaden one's horizons, Tom.

...I am getting a geography lesson. One of the really useful things about the internet, in my opinion. It can certainly broaden one's horizons, Tom. I'll second that!! Over the years, I cannot believe how much I "enlightened" my learning by playing video games. (smile) Just last evening, I had a wonderful evening running on the Isle of Wight scenery. Afterwords, I spent the better part of a couple hours, reading and watching video's view photo's of the place. Just one more.....of my many places I'd love to visit, but probably never be able to. (smile) Cheers,
