The new v2 of Run 8 released today.

Run 8 Studios have released their new v2 version which includes AI and despatching for single-players.
No need anymore to run multiplayer in order to have other traffic...and the AI/Despatching in this is brilliant!!

Original v1 engines/rolling stock perfectly compatible.

At US$50 it isn't cheap but you do get a lot with it.
