Just a note to see if you are all okay under the current pandemic. Most of us are seniors - and therefore more susceptible to this disease.
Hope you are all good.

All OK with me down in Melbourne. One advantage oi being retired is you have little need to go out.

Hello, Nige. Yeah...I agree completely. It's bad enough that every time I've been to the local shop (Coles here in Yamba) the morons have depleted the shelves of things such as cereal, pasta, toilet paper (still happening!). And this morning there was a froot-loop standing in a queue outside Centrelink (probably registering for unemployment) totally outfitted from feet to head in "CSI-type" white forensic suit complete with goggles and hazmat mask!!! I was going to take a photo except he was looking at me! Hang in there.

It's nice to know that people in your neighborhood are just as weird as they in mine! 😎 FredZ

I don't normally go around claiming that people are stupid but, in the light of recent behavior, I might be obliged to modify my ideas.

I took a photo taken on my recent lunchtime parade lap at Phillip Island and modified the following BMW to something more suitable. I present - The Getaway!

Very clever and most appropriate, Nige, with the Wolseley attempting to catch the Jag. Please note that I continue to consider that Jaguar as stolen from me and will forever do so until you change the number plates!

It's nice to know that people in your neighborhood are just as weird as they in mine! 😎 FredZ I think the weirdos are a global feature, Fred. Yes....and the older I get, the weirdos keep multiplying!! All okay here, however, I pulled my retirement announcement and will at least work to the end of the year. (smile) Long story....but the short of it....I'm now doing telephonic audits. Woo Hoo!! I've been waiting 20 years to do something like this. Work everyday and NEVER have to leave home to deal with the weirdos on the freeway. Speaking of weird ones. California has an order to "Remain in place"....not to depart your home except for medical supplies and/or attention and quick super market trips for essentials. Yesterday they had a news report with photo's..........looked like all of Southern California except me was at the beach. (smile) Bruce....stores here are just as crazy!! My oldest Sis told me of an article she saw out on the east coast where someone utilizing their math skills have figured out that us Yanks are going to have to make 185 trips to the Loo everyday to use all the toilet paper the stores have sold. Yep.....people are nuts no matter where you find them. Cheers,

Please note that I continue to consider that Jaguar as stolen from me and will forever do so until you change the number plates! The car was an export model and was originally registered in Sydney. It was never registered in England. However, when the previous owner bought it, it had a British rear number plate with an Australian plate bolted over it.The owner ordered a custom front plate to match the British number so the rear plate became usable, providing you put 'VIC' on it. I am not 100% sure of its legality but I have driven with it for about six years with no trouble. I just love that big British rear plate with the cast alloy numbers!

Well, aren't you just a lucky little lad, being able to work from home! How on earth do you do a telephone audit, Steve......ask questions and trust that the answer you get is honest? Or do you get them to video the books and watch it in real time? Down Here several beaches have been closed, although they did have a problem at Bondi Beach the day after the announcement was made when it was packed with the "younger generation" - a group who seem to think that they are impervious to death and therefore act completely without consideration for those of us who are mortal. Steve, you might be amused by this little ditty from one of our TV comedians............ The poem is a parody of a famous Aussie poem by A.B. "Banjo" Patterson entitled "The Man From Snowy River". Cheers!

The car was an export model and was originally registered in Sydney...... It looks great with that big plate hanging off the back. A lovely car....my favourite Jag after the E-Type.
