Hi All, Here are a couple of tips on the Graf Zeppelin package. When you get tired of the furnished music or want to play your favorite 1930s cds while crusing through the clouds there is a Telefunken radio/CD player in the Radio Room courtesy of Rob Clarke! The package is shipped with it deactivated because some video/sound cards do not work well with it. To activate it open the panel.cfg with notepad and remove the two slash marks from the line: [VCockpit02] gauge05=//radiocd4z!radiocd,128,256,128,128 If you experience low frame rates or other problems replace the slash marks and the radio/cd player will be deactivated again. The Eastern hangar doors at Lakehurst are closed in the in the morning and open in the afternoon. If you want to fly your aerobatic planes through the hangar change the local time to past noon and they will slide open for you. Have fun, Bill

And it only gets better and better. (smile) I've been listening to my Glenn Miller on the old stereo here in the office..... Well.... the old vinyl adds just a touch of realism ...... scratches and all. (smile)
Best wishes, Steve R.
P.S. I think my wife thinks I've really lost it this time...... maybe she's right after all.

I can play a whole Wagnerian Opera. That's appropriate, right. The Ring Cycle? Tristan and Isolde? The Flying Dutchman?
No some Jazz! Miles Davis. The Birth of Cool.

LZ is slow but the landscape is magic! I have just discovered the possibility of listening my preferred music (Edith Piaf) in the living room. A cigar, a glass of cognac, a pretty woman by my side... what a beautiful life... Is it some another "extra" like this ? For example, Bill, please how how to see a small Charlie Chaplin movies?

If I can add a tip of my own, Bill: I usually had my plane realism settings at "autorudder" since I have only a twist grip on my joystick and no rudder pedals. I got almost no reaction from the Graf, however. Unchecking the autorudder made a world of difference in response, so maybe it will work for others as well.

Even if you only have a twist grip on your stick, always unchecked auto rudder...the only time for auto rudder is if you have a joystick with no possible rudder assignment.

Could someone step me through the process of adding additional music to the selections in the radio room. I adjusted the config file and I have been able to click on the buttons and hear the recordings that came with the package, but I haven't been able to access my music CD that's in my CD drive nor access files in a music folder on my HD.
Thanks

Thanks To access a CD just turn on the Radio CD player and click on the left side of the display to open/close your CD tray on your computer. Drop a CD in and select tracks with the preset buttons. To add files from your computer first put FS into wondowed mode by pressing "Alt"+"Enter". Now click on one of the radio bands AM or FM and right click on one of the preset buttons. This will bring up a file selection dialog. Navigate to your music files and select the file you want played. Once you program the presets you can put FS back into full screen mode by pressing Alt"+"Enter" again. Now whenever you click on one of the presets your file will be played.

Hello, can you give me a Tip to deinst the Graf. I would like to fly from Friedrichshafen, with the standart Scenery. When I like the Graf I make a new inst. I found no Uninst.exe.

The best way would be to install the Graf into a dummy folder. That will give you the list and location of all the files that need to be deleted
