Ok Gang, an update. We are taking a break from creating the scenery for OOA, because of a project that I am doing in Second Life that will net me about L$100,000 (in game Linden Dollars). That is equivelant to $350USD. The project has a deadline of Sunday night, and is connected to Jean-Pierre Houdin's Theory on how the Pyramids were built. The company who produced the 3d software is Dassault Systemes, and the 3d software is Virtools. So AirCoaster, and I will be busy with Second Life this weekend, but work will continue on 2007-04-23. Also, I am looking into building my superputer, so that is taking up some time too. I can't wait to do this. I have built two other computers in the past, quite a few years ago, but this will be my first super graphics computer. I am 50 years young, and I am going to blow away all the younger people in my family just to show them this old gal still has "The Right Stuff". I am doing quite a lot of research before I stick my hands into the Antec 900 case. Geez, the CPU cooler is a 92mm 2 ball cooling fan. It looks impressive on top the Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 Conroe 2.66Ghz CPU coupled to an MSI P6N SLI-FI LGA775 NVIDIA nFORCE 650i INTEL MoBo, and next to the CPU sits two EVGA GeForce 7950GT 512mb SLI compatable videocards, three Western Digital 160GB HDs, 4Gb DDR2 dual channel Memory(max 8Gb), and 750watt power supply. This may change as I collect more info on other hardware for the machine, but it is a start. Anyway, that is the update for this weekend, TTYL

Ok gang, I must apologize, I have to take this weekend off developement, also. WWOOOOO HOOOOO !!!!! My puter parts arrived today, and I am going to be busy with her this weekend. This will be my first computer build since the 80s. I am totally excited, my first up-to-date graphics computer. I have always been a year, or so behind for the simple reason I bought my computers already built from assembly manufacturers. I think I will call it Amelia........

I've been considering the same route for my next computer. I built all of mine through 1998 and then bought off the rack stuff as it was being discontinued. I want a dedicated flightsim computer that won't stutter in a turn or slow down over a city. Building it seems like the way to go. I once has a 486 named Betty Page File. Oh and a P4 Sony named No Baloney.
