Alright, I was the captain of that airplane on that particular day and I will quote what I said to the passengers, or what others would call bags: "Service will begin once at cruise, for safety reasons please fasten your seat belts"
Hey, where did they fit those rolling carts in to those Wacos anyway? Actually it was probably more of a lunchbox.... ;D Or NOTHING. Definitely don't want to drink while on a long flight, because the "HERE" is for emergency purposes only. Aka, "Human Element Range Extender". ;D ;D
