Cool picture and story. I don't think they exactly meant pictures with stories... but this was real neat nonetheless!

Dominique, VERY atmospheric! Straight out of "The Mummy" (Brendan Fraser). "Flights, Adventures" refers to the Flightplans (.PLN files) that can be created for FS9, whether they be recreations of moments in history or something completely fictional, such as my current flight in a Viking from the USA to Australia. The "Missions" category refers to a special feature of FSX, where the sim-pilot will be required to carry out various tasks. So if you want to create something for either FS9 or FSX, or even just want to suggest something that someone else may like to create, simply raise the subject right here in this forum. Au revoir. Bruce

And do these refer to GW3 or FS9 flights? Do they have to be all in the Golden Era?

KobbeI think that, in the spirit of the name of this site and with one *exception, they should steer clear of involving modern military or commercial aircraft and should relate, where possible, to period types. Perhaps, in a similar fashion to the classic, vintage and veteran car movement, anything 30 or more years old can be considered "Classic" and, therefore, acceptable. I don't think that is being too draconian but I am open to criticism. *(The exception would be GA aircraft; we have come to accept modern types in this category.) Bruce

Ok, I wouldn't know enough to put together a Golden Age flight that someone would enjoy, but I am sure I could put together some fun GA flying trips and challenges.
