I have not been able to locate any photos for the following:

Butler-Pittsburg, Butler Pa.
Scott Field, Wheeling WV and/or Yorkville, Oh
Chesapeake-Huntington, Huntington, WV
Colson Field, Middlesboro, Kentucky
Sky Harbor, Nashville, Tn in Murfreesboro, Tn
Armstrong Field, Memphis Munc., Memphis, Tn.

If you come across any photos or information on these or future airfields, please post here. The actual design time of the airfield can be greatly decreased with additional information.
