Absolutely fantastic! What scenery is that, if I may ask? Is it FS9?

Very nice pictures. Whoever did the textures for that X15 did an incredible job.

That IS Edwards AFB, it's only a matter of "who's" Edwards scenery is it?

Thanks guys Thats the default FSX Edwards AFB with autogen & scenery density at max. I love this scenery, the more you look the more you find. For example, I did a google earth of KEDW just to compare it to what I had. When looking at google earth & found a old B52 sitting derilict. Guess what, its in the scenery too. Take a helo around there & just look around. You will be amazed at what you find. onewinglow, What is that last plane in your shots? It looks familiar but I cant place it.

Hi, Boomer, The one on the bottom is the North American YF-107A. The one above it would later become the F-104 Starfighter (Lockheed). It's the record older for altitude and the race to get there.....aside from missiles. Heck, in the 60's, it could outrun anything the USSR or our allies had handy. For it's class, I think her records still stand. I have to hand it to FSX ....the link to real-world satellite photos really brings it home. (Unfortunately, that makes it difficult to backdate airports )

Correct-a-mundo on the XF-107. I have an AI XB-70 at Edwards but it must have been off on a test mission 'cause it wasn't there when I took the shots.
I don't have FSX yet-- but does it have all those old airliners at Mojave? That would be quite a site. Sight. Um... both.
