Having had to buy a new computer (as this dude's Dell fried its motherboard) I decided to install FSX standard to see how it is. (I haven't really found out yet.) I wanted to live with the old confuser for a long time as FS9 was working quite well and I didn't want to upgrade.
Question: Where do I find the cfg file?
I have even lost the cfg file for FS9 which is on the hard drive salvaged intact (?) from the previous computer.
Looked everywhere, I think.
Even trying to get my controllers to be recognized by FSX. (Still working on that.)
Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Windows Vista : C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX
Note:
"Hidden files and folders" has to be configured in order to see .cfg files. To do so: Control Panel -> Folder Options -> View Tab -> Scroll down and put a bullet in "Show hidden files and folders" -> Click "Apply"
This should also make FS9.cfg visible.
