Hay All.. I've been Editing the AI for the Royal australian Air force based on the Vos Scenery. And I've Repalced the Aircraft with ones that..Well to me look a hell of a lot better.
Now I've been Addapting the Alphasim F-111 to this and have noticed that Wile the Airceft works and all.. the Bomb bay doors Remain open all the time. There coected to the Water Rudder.
So my question is this is there a way to ether cut the water rudder out of the CFG? or switch it so its closed wile Parked on the Ground? And what am I looking for in the CFG to do this?
I've managet to get the wings open as far as I can by cutting out the Flaps so there open all the time. But is it posibul to have the wings operate on an Auto system so when the Aircraft stats up the wing open by them selfs?
Well hope some one might beable to help with my posser of a question...
Regards Raven ;D

I've been reading the .cfg of the default caravan and the Carenado C206, but found no clues about that. That makes me curious...I'm sure someone else will help with that.

My experiences with adapting aircraft for AI is 'what you see is what you get". I doubt you'll be able to do anything about the bomb doors

The steering angle in the contact points helps but try reducing the Yaw MOI as well. I've found that does it for some weird reason. AI seem to be an art, not a science

So far I've replced 7 Aircraft that all work well with the Frame rates.. and look pritty good as well... I was thinking of doing an AI UFO just to chuck in to give some one a suprice wile on thoughs long flights. I do have FSX but I think Im Useing FS2004 more cos its easyer to get around. Pitty I couldn't Work some thing out with the Water Rudder Key to stay shut on the F-111. I'm not shore if I explianed that before. But the Bomb bay doors on the F-111 are open when you load it up for the First time in the sim. And to close you hit Shift+W. Well I'll keep looking I think. Any more Ider you can come up with that would be a big help... Cheers
