I'm compiling a list of pre-war airports in New Hampshire and their locations and descriptions - so far I've found 26. Some are a little scanty on their descriptions so any info that anyone has would be welcome. I hope to do the entire state over the winter as I learn how to build scenery.

You may want to look at this if you do not already have it: www.oldbeacon.com/beacon/afd1936/afd-1936.htmI am using this as the basis to retro Florida back to 1936. The information is sketchy but I have produced the basic airfields using this information and am adding the facilities mentioned - then the rest will be artistic licence ;D ;D AS I mentioned in my other post I am probably a month ahead of you and learning as I go so if I can help let me know

Thanks
The names are all the same as the ones I have, but the descriptions and Lat / Long info is better - This will help a lot.
Thanks also for the offer of help - I'll probably take you up on that - LOL

No worries. Be warned that the lat/lon info in the AFD is not necessarily correct (I have found some real snafus in the Florida list - I assume they are typos ) Also the positional data for the FS airports is not always that perfect. I tried to match the old airfields to the new ones - in the end I took Toms adivce and I am using the nearest FS airport to each 1936 one, clearing away everything and re-creating it. Where necessary I will move it also (at least one is in the sea ) Once I have completed the new AFCADs I will go back through and create the scenery. I am removing the existing entries, but as Tom said this is not to be advised and one cannot publish revised MS files. If you wanted to do it then there is a post here that explains it
