I hope I didn't miss the topic during my search, but I didn't find anything similar: Being new to GW (and still throb-throb-throb-ing at low level with wide open eyes like a child under the xmas-tree ) I managed to find LaGuardia to land. But whereas the runways and all surroundings look as they should (at least what I think is normal), all taxiways are coal black. Not the pixel of a texture. I suppose there is just some texure file I'm missing, but: can anyone tell me WHICH one? Thanks in advance - back to GW... Michael Schurz Austria, Europe.

Have you deleted the file taxiway_detail.bmp from your main texture folder as per the installation instructions? Leaving it in is the major cause of black taxiways

addendum:
Meanwhile I noticed that ALL taxiways at ALL airports are structureless black.
Can anyone help me out of this, please?
Michael.
P.S.:
@ scruffyduck: your reply appeared while I was adding... Now (!) I've deleted the taxiway_detail.bmp as you suggested - and now all taxiways are gone. Completeley vanished. Is it that, what airports looked in the 30s?
Michael.
