As usually, the problem lay in quite insufficient amount of data avaliable.
For example, I can not find any other pictures of mooring mast. Of course, it is possible to make it like similar object at Ismailia (without any basement) or Cardington. Would it be too "unrealistic"? Can anybody give a hand?
Another problem is the HUGE amount of work, if one decide to make ALL the route at once. It takes too much time to collect information, build macro objects and place airfields. May be "step-by-step" mode would be more productive? ;0)

Belov - I have posted several airfield layouts in this thread..I assume you have seen them. As for the actual detail of each field, perhaps a generic "1930's feel" could be created where deatil doesn't exist. Many of the African or Indian airstrips couldn't have been very elaborate I would guess.
As I offered to others, while I can't do any technical building, I will be happy to take up "any slack" with the research aspect of this project.

Well, we can try to be "generic". ;0| BTW, there is one interesting scenery I found during searches for information: www.currell.net/models/mast.htmOf course, only a mooring mast in St Hubert, but...
