Curious to know what some of your opinions are as to what Golden Age Aeroplanes Absolutely Must Be Done for GW3 that have yet to see the light of day? We have aircraft such as the Curtiss Condor...Travel Air 4000...Gee Bee...Ford Tri Motor...etc...etc Best Gil

A state of the art Boeing 247 would be nice as would a DH4 Mail plane

Hi, Everyone, Here's my DH-4, done up in U.S. Army Alaska Flying Expedition trim. I'd be happy to share the Gmax version with anyone wanting to do different liveries. Please remind me how and where to upload her. The husky is factual. Indeed, they brought back several. All in good fun. Dennis

Gil, you've opened the Pandora's Box.... ;D Yes, I'd like to see more between wars bombers or miltary planes in general (like the weird looking Douglas B7 or Avro Aldershot or Boeing B9); but may be some others types may have more appeal to the market. The whole Buhl family is not covered at all in the FS world, and those are very nice planes! just an example. Or an up-to-date Electra...can you imagine recreating Amelia's trip as an adventure and the repaints posibilities? not to say it's a sexy plane... Of, course, if you ask me tomorrow, other thousands will come up to my mind....

I always thought the Lockheed 12 was the prettiest plane in its class and I promised myself that if I ever stumbled into millions of dollars, I'd buy myself one. Then I sat down in one. Obviously the guy landing the plane in your pic has a great view, but when the tail comes down and it's time to taxi in, this is what you see looking straight ahead and this is what you see to the left. Neither picture adequately conveys how tight the cockpit really is, and if you'd seen the narrow taxiway we were on, you'd have a whole new perspective on the claustrophobic! Now the Spartan has a roomy cockpit and is only half blind ....

As Mitch used to say...'Follow the bouncing ball'. ;D Ryans and Fokkers and Fairchilds and Grummans,Spartans and Martins and Wacos and Stearmans,Radial engines with cloth cover'd wings,These are a few of my favourite things. When the Mags die,When the bolts fly,When I've 'Blown the rad'!I scream like a Banshee and cover my eyes,And then I don't feeeeeeel....Soooo bad....Heh heh
