What is your system specs Pointman? Your graphics look great!!!! Did you have any flickering reflection problems, such as on the spinner of the Baron 58? Also, go to TNCM, switch to rainy weather, do you have the ocean flickering to no texture while the ground res will flick back and forth between high and low resolutions?
You are ony lucky person to have results that good!

The system I'm running this on is a AMD 3400, 6800GT, Audigy 2zs, and 1.5 gigs ddr. I'm getting about 20 to 30 fps on average. I did notice that if the shadows come across the props from say the wings. It doesn't seem to like it at all. The only other problem that I'm seen is the ultra light has a really bad prop disc animation to me. It's like it isn't loading up or something. I'll check the other issues that you asked about and see what happens.

Thanks! That will really help me out to know how it looks to you. I can afford to buy another slot of RAM, so that may be a nice option....hopefully it will give me friendly framerates and such.

Ok I checked that out and I do have some glitching on the right prop spinner. Also I think the other problem that is causing it to look wierd is the fence around the airport. I can see through the fence and to the edges of the islands even though there is a building or a tree on the other side. Also I don't remember seeing those issues on lower rez such as 1200x1024 but Since I've jumped it to 1600x1200 they are there now.

Oh I see, maybe I should reduce from 1024 x 768 to something smaller. The fence problem is normal. If you look through the glass of an AI airplane in FS9 and try to view yourself or an object through it, you won't see it. Rather odd. Thanks for the info Pointman, Kobbe

Ahhh!!! My FS-X has been degrading in performance slowly but surely in the past hour. First, the textures on the airplane turned bad. Then, the text on the tool bar became blurred. Something has happened! I only changed ground resolution, anti-alias, AI traffic, and water settings. This shouldn't have caused a problem like this. I really hope this isn't a final outlook on FS-X, they better get some bugs fixed first! Then, something crazy happened, check this out: I know there aren't any FS-X experts out there yet, but does anyone possibly have a solution for this?

Mine looks kind of like that when I first start the flight but I just switch views and then come back to it and it's back to normal...

Well if I remember correctly I just started at the default location and flew to the nearest island that I could see and landed in the little cove there.
