Please welcome Bruce K to the Old Hangar moderating team. Our new forum will be a place to share flights and adventures and perhaps when FSX is out, some missions.
It's all yours Bruce...

And again, The Old Hangar is growing! I'm sure this forum will be bustling with many fun flights, and exciting missions after FS-X's release. Congrats to Bruce, too!

I'm very flattered to have been considered as forum moderator for this new area of The Old Hangar and thank the administrators for asking me.
The forum title says it all.....post your tales of journeys to the four corners of the world - and even those undertaken in your own backyards - right here, together with your snapshots.
If your intention is to make FS9 flights - and FSX missions - available to the general public or even just to TOH members, then you can pop that advice in here too.
I look forward to interacting with you all and repeat the "Welcome" given by Tom and Roger and a "thank you" to Kobbe.
Regards, Bruce.

Poacher turned Gamekeeper, huh? Seriously, I look forward to a whole new world of adventures! I was thinking about Dorniers and/or Latecoere flying boats across the South Atlantic for starters? Hope this new forum goes well. Leyland

Leyland, Are you considering creating something yourself or are you providing inspiration? There are a couple of significant flights which I've also been thinking about over the past several months. One is the "Horseshoe Route" between Australia and South Africa during WW2 and the other is the "Kangaroo Route" to Britain drawn up by QANTAS after the war. Just a few little pots bubbling away gently on the back burner. Bruce
