The GeForce FX 5500 (PNY PCI version) is the same graphics card I've had for the past year - got it for Christmas last year. I've never had a problem with it and I fly almost every night or should I say 'try' to. The computer has had it's problems, but the graphics card has always displayed excellent representations of land, water, and of course, the plane - not a bad deal for the money!!
Just noticed the other night that NVIDIA recently released it's latest driver - Version: 81.98 - I'm not sure it made any difference - -
Hope you have as much enjoyment from it as I have.
Dan

Not sure if I may have that update but you are right about the price. The Wife got it cheaoer then where I frist found it and that was Wal-Mart.com and they where selling it for around $65. She said she found it cheaper then that which is cool in my book.

That's a really good deal!! I actually paid twice the $65 a year ago at Best Buy. Incredible how fast this stuff drops in price -

Sounds like you got a pretty good deal. That's a nice looking shot. About six month ago, I got an ATI Radeon 9500pro which I've been pretty happy with (58USD). Took a little work to set it up to work well with FS9, but once everything was set up right, it works great. Here's a nice shot using it.

Good Looking shot. Never seen a bonaza on floats but cool looking It's a free fantasy addon for owners of DF's A36. It flies quite believable. Though I've never seen a Bonanza with floats in the real world either. ;D
