Every since I've tried their demos in TRS2006, I've wanted to try out some more of Razerback Railway's routes. One route in particular I've wanted to see, but never could get to work with TRS2006 is their Dual route. Now that I also have TRS2004 installed on my machine, I've finally been able to install it and check it out. It's a beautiful route. My only complaint being that it is very demanding on my computer. Here are a few screen shots that I took while checking it out to see if everything was working.

Looks very nice Kevin..... I might have to give it a try as I have a fast computer, however, I'm not sure I have the patience it takes to get everything installed. (smile)
That is the ONLY complaint I have with TRS2004. Some of the packages have pages of stuff you have to go look for to get everything installed. When I first purchased TRS2004 I had found a beautiful freeware package and started searching and downloading everything. About halfway through I started getting into files no longer available and it soured me on some of the more elaborate scenery stuff. BUT.... after all.... it is freeware so I can't complain too much. (smile)
Thanks again for the screen shots as always. You and Bruce are really providing some great stuff!!
Best wishes,

In my experience, that tends to be the problem with any train sim. But Razerback did something that makes it a little easier. First, go to their site and download Janus and install that in TRS2004 SP4. Next get the route and main assets (nicely all put in two files) which can be found on thier home page and install the assets then the route. Now go to their scenario section and download a scenerio (for Dual) and install it. At the end of installing, Janus will open your web browser with links to all the missing dependencies on Razorback's website. Download the missing ones and install them and you're ready to go. Also, if you don't already have it installed, Razerback Dual requires Paintshed as well (this is what messed me up as it took me a while to figure this out), which you can also find on Razorback's website. Here's a link to their site; razorbackrailway.com/

This is a very fine route. I have been a member for over a year now, and have enjoyed the work sessions that the group sends to you when you join the group. I don't have TRS2006 on this machine as of yet, but I plan on doing so as soon as I get this Vista upgrade problem figured out.

Kevin..... you've helped more than you know. (smile) Razerback use to be one of my favorite web-sites, however, over time.... different computers.... (age) I forgot the name of it. This is a great find indeed. Many Thanks!
I will take a look at the Dual scenery as they use to do really great work. I do have paintshed as it came with my package.... I just can't remember if it's currently installed on this machine.
Once again... Many Thanks!

Their scenarios are a lot of fun. Their Classic route is a great job too. Kevin..... you've helped more than you know.
