From Robert Sanderson has been uploaded to the SOH...just waiting for it to be turned on for us to download. I can guarantee it will be a plane to drool over. ;D

It's amazing what Bob has done in his Hurricane and now with this Stearman with airfile development. His rendition of engine management along with prop management in this aircraft is nothing short of spectacular.
The expensive payware designers should take note....

Is there a non-crop-dusting version?

All the models are based on crop dusting variants. For non-cropdusting there's Dave Eckart's version for Fs2004.

Yeah, I already got that. Oh, well, too bad.
(Nothing against the model or the modeler, I've just got a block about crop dusters. One killed a friend of mine.)

Is there a non-crop-dusting version? The 1955 and 1965 "empty" versions have the spray equipment removed

What the?! What's with this black smoke coming out?! Why am I loosing power?! Aw geez!!! Now I gotta replace the engine (and part of the wing for that matter as it's from here to forty feet behind me!!!)
Note to the wise...do not redline the engine!!!

Hi fellow simmers, First, I would like to congratulate Robert Sanderson and his contributors for a fantastic materpiece. I recall many many moons ago when I was a line-boy at Cartierville airport, those Stearmans from Wheeler Air Lines in St. Jovite, (a big crop dusting contractor), often stopped overnight at Cartierville Airport on their way to New Brunswick. One morning, very early, I saw about thirty or more of them take off in formation. WOW, those empty grinders were off the ground in no time and climbing like a bat our of hell. What a sight and the sound of those radials....... This is a not so sure reproduction from Ye Olde Memory. Guess, I am just 'enjoying' good souvenirs. If someone has photos, I will correct it. I could not find any. I'll do one or two others and post then. Cheers, Leon Louis
