I've started the mail route and want to see how far I get and how much patience I have! Thanks to the people who created this.
1. The bitmap maps are nearly unreadable. If I'm doing pilotage what maps would you recommend I use?
2. Using the Jenny to stay real, but were there any other planes in that time?
3. I'd like to make the mesh more enjoyable but don't want to mess with Golden Wings. I am a Galaxy member at FSG and am familiar with the process, but what are the best settings and the one to use for this Mail trip?
Thanks again,
Matt

2. Using the Jenny to stay real, but were there any other planes in that time? A DH-4 would be another appropiate airplane; don't know if one is available for FS. If you want to go a few years later, you can also use the Boeing 40B-4 when it is released: mainescenery.proboards24.com/index.cgi?board=gas&action=display&thread=8375So would my Fairchild FC-2. Notice that the American Airways livery has C.A.M. 1 on the rear fusalage - that stood for Commercial Air Mail route #1.

Found at www.sim-outhouse.com/index.php?lloc=downloads&loc=downloads&FileType=fs2k4&page=downloads&Category=aircraft&pap=1&ammm=100#downloadFS9 DH-4 dh-4.zip (3.73 Meg) (downloaded 621 times) FS2004 DH-4, Many DH-4s were used by the Postal Service during the 1920's, and many of the later ones were M models. This Model represents the aircraft being built up for the Historic Aircraft Restoration Museum, is an M-2, and will be converted to a Mail Plane as used by Robertson flying Service on the C. A. M. 2 route between Chicago and St. Louis. Charles Lindbergh was a mail pilot for Robertson, and one of his log book entries refers to a metal DH-4. -James
