Hi all, I have just installed the GW3 program. First by the copy FS9 method and since that didn't work I did the new FS9 installation. I believe that I followed the directions correctly but when I try to load the FSGW3 Sim it told me that it could not find the C-172. I added that plane back into the Aircraft folder and tried again. This time it asks for the B-777.
HELP! What do I need to do to get the program to work?
Windows 7, 64 bit OS. Core i7 CPU 920@2.67MHz 6.0 GB mem.

Hello Dave, Is your 777 set for the default flight? I know the Cessna 172 must be kept in the install but I did not think the Boeing was also. I am not much of a FS guru but you might find something about this in the Golden Wings/Silver Wings support thread.

It is correct: the default C172 has to be left on the sim. You can delete all the other "default" planes if you want (the C182, the Caravan, etc) but not the C172.

Thanks for the replies,
Finally got it to run. Ended up, deleating the fs9.cfg and fsgw.cfg, running fs9 to create a new cfg file and then copying it to make a FSGW.cfg.
Clicked on the short cut and BAM! Had it going!
