I can say with certainty that there will be an FS9 version of this model. The exterior is 98% done and working on the VC. It will be a few weeks, I think. Here she is as of today

The conversion of the L12A is complete. Still need to convert the C-40 version and hope to have that done by the end of next weekend. Then some testing. I think it's reasonable to project a release by the end of the month. Here's the Southwest Airways livery. The FS9 version has all the capabilities and custom animations that the FSX version does with the exception of simulated fuel dumping.

Roger that Spad. I'm so glad I was a pest about this one, lol. I really hope you see a good return on this one otherwise I'll feel really guilty!!
One question I do have, is the texture mapping the same as the FSX one (external at least) and can I paint it?

for all intent and purposes it is. The paint kit will provide you with a map of what goes where as well as the layers for the rivet panel. It is complicated but with patience and using the existing textures as a guide one should be successful

And oh what a beautiful plane it is!! True to the heritage it is, it flies with the strength of an eagle, but with the grace of a swan. An absolute wonderful bird, modeled in every way to represent what it was like in those golden days of flight - in the '30's, as well as in FS9 . . . A great package with many paints, details inside and out, and the best sounds I've ever heard for a twin of that era. An airplane to enjoy flying and listening to in any setting. Here are a few screenshots of several versions.
