Not really a problem, just seemed weird. On the tripacer amphibian, the brakes seem too strong. When I hit the brakes on landing, the plane leans forward on the front wheels, and then it sort of hops as if the wheels locked.
Does this happen to anyone else? If so, is it supposed to be that way?
Also, I think that you can fix it with the cfg. If you can, could someone tell me what changes to make?

That's pretty normal since the brakes only are working on the main wheels. If you apply enough to lock 'em then it will definitely lean forward. Try using less brakes. You don't want to break those front casters off. Like everything else, it takes practice.
