Now this is something I never got, and kept forgetting to ask about. I tend to live with things as they are. It says in a couple of the CusClas manuals that the virtual cockpit pan rate should be changed from 400 to 900 in the fs9.cfg file. O.K. I have have the file located again (I lost both my hard disks and had to redo the system). I can find no line, and there are quite a few, that refers to pan rates or virtual cockpits that has a value of 400. So am I blind or does this line have some name that I don't know? ;D

I'm not qualified to comment on your vision but the section of the fs9.cfg or FSGW.cfg looks like this on my computer: [CONTROLS] KBDAIL=64 KBDELEV=64 KBDRUD=64 PAN_RATE=900

My bad, Obviously either the vision or the visual cortex are going. I read the whole cfg file four times before I saw "PAN_RATE." Well, you can stick this thread in the stupid question collection.

I tried a high pan rate once...... 1200 I think. My head spun around several times and I scared all my passengers very badly. They looked as though I was the devil or something...... scary!

Well ah.....I need the fast pan rate for when doing <cough> "vertical" movements, I need to be able to quickly reference my position to the ground outside.... ;D
