Hi Bill, I have a technical question. Is it possible in FS to create a mooring mast that your LZ157 could be moored to? I see you have done just that in the scenery. It would be some challenge to actually stop the ship on the mast. In real life I think it was winched up to the top of the mast in the final phases. Just wondered if this was feasible. You seem to achieve miracles in other ways. Best, Baslar

Being new here, this may be old news since I have seen discussion of the Cardington v2.0 scenery here, but John McKeon has managed to get the mooring mast working through a clever application of the rcbo-2.0 (carrier arresting gear) package. It involves invisible arresting cables and tailhook, along with considerable tweaking, but it does seem to work rather well. Once properly set up the illusion is excellent.

Has anyone applied this animation effect to the mooring mast at Lakehurst? I don't have expererience with modeling in FS2004, but I guess it would not be too hard to activate the mooring mast at Lakehurst like the one at Cardington. Walter
