I am finding that for some strange reason, which I can't figure out, that the autopilot in Bill Lyons Grumman Goose keeps switching itself off. I will be flying along using the autopilot when all of a sudden ...beeeep... and the pilot switches off. It just happens. I won't be touching anything, just looking at the screen when it happens. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

I remember something very similar with that Goose: Autopilot beeps sometimes when switching between views and always when using the GPS. I have no solution to that - just keep your ears and eyes open!

I have had it disengage when turning on and off nav lights as well. Fortunately the bird is basically stable.

This affects some systems (mine included). To fix it go to the panel.cfg & remove the 2 autpilot switches that reside on the dash.
This will correct the problem.
