2. I just love these of birds (specially the PA-23 Apache) but I have a big white rectangle of the side of the A/C???
Could you explain why?
a. You should only see the "white rectangle" in the aircraft viewer while selecting your flight. Once your flight is loaded, it will be replaced by a registration number.

3. I loaded up the Goose on Bora Bora Island only to find I have rain in the VC with clear skies outside. What's even more bizarre is there's visible icing on the windows. What can I do to resolve this issue???
a. In the Custom Classics Extras folder you'll find CGREAD.htm, run that in your browser and scroll down to the picture of the hotspots. That will show you the location of the hotspot to turn off the rain effect. Hold your mouse click for a count of 5. The wiper switch is extreme left on the VC panel. If needed the deicing switch is on the overhead directly under the rain hotspot.

4. Where can I find a paint kit for the Custom Classics?
a. There are no official paint kits. You are on your own.

5. I can't find any external hotspots.
a. With the Luscombe we introduced a concept called Virtual Plus (V+) As is clearly explained in LUSCREAD.htm and PA22READ.htm, all the hotspots are in the virtual cockpit. Look under the heading Virtual Cockpit Operation. To repeat. The hotspots are in the VC NOT in spot view.

The virtual cockpit concept has been expanded to include a complete virtual aircraft! This we call Virtual Plus or V+. This means that by using the hotspots and Active Camera or the included VP Movement Arrows you can open the door, do the complete walk around preflight, open the cowling, check the oil, drain fuel sumps, remove tie downs etc thus further enhancing flight simming Use the Hot Spot assignments as shown below and you will have a new and fun experience! Be sure to call out Contact! of course when starting the engine! If you don't have Active Camera you can still do some limited movement using the move eyepoint key assignments or the Movement Arrows as shown in the pictures below. When you have moved outside of the aircraft in VC mode click on the service aircraft hotspot beneath the cowling to get started! In some of the included flights the fuel tanks are only partly filled requiring you to fuel the aircraft before flying!

6. I can't get some features to work on the Custom Classics.
a. The Custom Classics series of aircraft are not for everybody. They are ground-breaking designs and represent the leading edge of the FSDS2 design curve at the time of their release. There are a lot of things going on in the virtual cockpits and although they work fine for most people, there are those who can't get them to work.
We will do what we can to help, but ultimately some setups, sound & video cards etc will simply not work.
