I've been flying this Custom Classics Aircraft in FS9, and would like to continue flying it in FSX. How would I go about doing that? If it isn't too much trouble to explain. The creators of this virtual aircraft did a great job of it. I'm not ready to give up this bird that easily. Lol.

You can have the Challenger in FSX with a little tinkering. First, prepare a place for it in FSX by making a small change to FSX.cfg If you scroll down a bit you'll find a bunch of lines that say SimObjectPaths etc The last one should be number 5 so add this: SimObjectPaths.6=aircraft This will allow you to install FS9 airplanes for easy testing. Next, install the Challenger from the original installer into a dummy folder and then copy the contents of aircraft, effects, gauges, and texture folders to those locations in FSX. The scenery is NOT compatible. There are some gauges that need to be trusted and 2 that are not compatible in FSX so you may want to edit the panel cfg eventually, but that will get you started. PLEASE remember though, this is an FS9 plane, not designed for FSX and FSX is so unfinished that backward compatibility is broken all over the place.
