Don't think there is one for Rwy 12 - it's still pretty much early days for it as a scenery building device and so has a limited number of objects. There are several animated api's for use with the Airport for Windows programme - which I actually find easier for building in some ways than Rwy 12!! It should be easy to pick one up on the major sites such as flightsim.com and Airport is fairly easy to use to enable you to place your fire .

Check some of the Alaska addon freeware scenery by Naji. The campfies are done with effects which are very simple to place. See the Special Effects SDK which contains an effect file ready written that you can alter to put the campfie in where you want it. If all else fails use a gas flare effect and put this down to ground level, that way you will get flame at ground level with smoke above.
