I posted something like this yesterday but it never showed up.
I'm preparing an AI package for Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome and I need someone more skilled than I am to paint Stuart Green's Caudron G.IV in something approximating the livery of the one that flies at ORA.
The textures are full of shading and detail, and it's beyond my skills to change the colors without losing all that nice stuff.
I have pictures of the ORA Caudron...

Hi Mick, I would like to try that over the next days. Would you post/send some pix? The website says, they have a single engine G-III? www.oldrhinebeck.org/collection/airplanes/caudron.htmBTW: I have not received any further replies yet. I pm´d Bill but it´s all quiet.

I just sent you the pics, along with some notes on the Caudron and about the project as it's taking shape.
Let me know when you get the picsture (or if you don't get them by tomorrow...)

Got the pictures. Man, does this old thing look rotten! I like your ideas for the ORA very much. That´ll be a cool show and a nice pack to play with. Hope my Hardware survives... Meanwhile Joe LoGrasso gave his okay. He is asking for the download address. But, first of all: Back to X-Mas preparations ......

Got the pictures. Man, does this old thing look rotten! You should see their other one! They were flying the one in my pictures. They had a spare in a hangar that looked like it was ready to crumple to dust!
Still, I wonder how many air museums have not only a flyable Caudron, but a spare?
I wrote to Joe LoGrasso and told him I plan to release at SOH and FlightSim, and of course thanked him for his permission. The Bleriot is a key element in the project. They had at least four of them when I was at ORA in 1994! ;D That just leaves Bill. He's been working on his house, and I saw on his website that he's also doing major work on that, and holiday madness is upon us, so I'm not expecting to hear from him right away. He may not even have time to look at his mail, much less answer it! I can sympathise - life feels like that around here, too. Which, of course, I why I asked you to write all those messages...
Anyway, I have a couple ideas I want to try while we wait for Bill's reply. This may turn out to be more of an "ORA Fun Pack" than just an AI package...

Would it be any help if I sent you some texture files from the original with the layers in place?
