Smiling Thru WIP

Well my real work job has kept me busy lately (don't you just hate it when the real world interferes with your hobbies) but I finally worked in some time to do a little work on the Travel Air 6000 repaint. Here are a couple of shots of what I have done so far with the fuselage.





smilingthru, let me know if the two greens look all right. The upper green is lighter than the lower green but it is kind of hard to see in the pictures.

Now THAT looks cool. Like I said, no-one knows what colors were used. So, I'm guessing "right" is what you make it! Nice job, so far. Can't wait to see the finished project, and am amazed that you'd be willing to do it!

I know what you mean about "real life" and "work" getting in the way.

I enjoy doing repaints and wish I had the time to do a lot more.
I also like doing requests because then I don't have to think one up for myself.
