Going through my own bad times, this is cruel reminder all things can be still worse. It is a very, very sad day for me. Still can not believe it. I have to say that LeonĀ“s Quebec was sorta of my virtual flying home. He gave us so much joy with all his sceneries and repaints.
You will be sorely missed, friend.
My condolences to his family and friends.
Godspeed Leon.

This is a true loss for his many friends and those of us who only knew him from his many contributions to our shared flight simming hobby. Since he was such a prolific and excellent contributor for the world of flight simming, it is easy to see him as a one dimenional figure, but I am sure he had many other interests and friends and family that will miss him as well.
The world is just a little smaller and drabber today in his absence.

That's the most devastating news I've heard in some time. This is going to be tough to get past.
It was Leon that made the Fleet so popular with all the repaints.
May God bless his family and friends.

Leon will be missed greatly by everyone! As soon as I saw the news, I decided to make a tribute "8 Ball" for Leon

Add my name to all of the above! As Dan says, we can mark our respect by flying one of his paints (over some of his Canadian scenery). I'll probably use Leon's Travel Air 8 ball as it is a favourite of mine and he helped me with a problem with the download. I'm off to get Joe's 8 ball repaint as well! Nice idea Joe! Leyland

This is so sad for me. I beta tested his sceneries for a little over a year and always had a good time doing it. I always said to myself while I was in the great white north during the Christmas holidays I would make the trip across the border for a visit, but never did. As usual, I am too late..
R.I.P. Leon.. You will be missed!!
