I have seen someone talking about it in a thread but they never mentioned how. How can I get rid of that red banner telling me how many seconds are left in the replay? I am recording some videos and it's annoying to have that banner lol Also, I am not sure if this is possible, but is there a way for me to smooth up the view hat movement and also the general aircraft movement (Instead of basic side-to-side movement and other bare movements)? Thanks!

Yesterday appeared at Flightsim a file that seems to correct this "issue". It's called "language.zip ".

Check out Recorder for FS2004. It is a module that gives many more features and options than the default recorder/instant replay function, including NO red message bars on the screen. Dave

First thing I am trying out is the Recorder. Ok, I gave it a quick try and I have tell ya that the replay is very jerky. The airplane movements are smooth, but when it replays a video of me landing, for example, the runway seems to jerk back and forth under me while the airplane lands just like I intended. The jerkiness only happens when I move the camera view to show the airplane, ground, and the far horizon. But when I move it to show only the airplane and the ground, the jerking movement goes away. Very odd Thanks to windrunner and dave3cu!

Re: jerks
Try turning off some of the 'recorded data' options. Most of these record 'lever' positions for cockpit views, and do not effect the movement of the surfaces in external views.
Also I find playback a little smoother at 1/4 sec. record. Probably my system.

Alright, it seems that the jerky problem occurs at sometimes, but not at others. Luckily it never happened during my videos. I still get a long green banner saying the replay time, but eh, forget about right? lol Yah, this is one of the times FS gets me mad and I just walk away and let it be what it is Edit: Amidst my fiery I have found a disable button for that green banner. Now the program is great!
