What a job!! We could not do a second install on our FS computor!! Everytime I put the disc in it would start FS9!! If I closed that and tried to run the setup manually, it would start FS9!! SO!! I installed it to the external HD on a different computor and then copied the new install to a different HD on the FS computor!! Renamed the exe and cfg and made the new shortcut and every thing is running fine!! It is just a bit rougher on FPS than FS9, but that is not a problem for us!! Flew the Cub a bit, and it looks great!! Bill; Did you replace the default trees?? I may try Mr. Gs trees??

KofiHi P; We don't have a folder named FS9!! It is installed on HD E, When you open the HD you have all the folders!! We tried renaming everything and it always opened the flight sim!! We even put the exe and cfg in another folder named stuff and it still did it!! One note, the two installs still share the saved flight file, so be careful which flights you try to open in each install!!

Hi Kimber- I empty my saved flight folder after each session. I have a folder under flights in each install where I move them

BTW, it runs fine without the patch, You might want to install the patch because it eliminates a Microsoft acknowledged memory leak.....

KofiThe two times we tried the patch in our FS9 install, we had to do a reinstall to get the %$^%$^ thing to run!! It made a new cfg everytime it booted up!! The clickers in the VC would not work, and a bunch of other problems!! NO thanks!! ;D
