First this is FANTASTIC STUFF!!!! I set up my GW3 as a separate install and generally had no problems. Though I am somewhat concerned that this new install appears to share a scenery cfg with my normal FS2004... I would prefer a separate one.
Now, I also installed Golden Hawaii...dont know if I needed to..but I did. Now when I try to fly in hawaii...I get CTD about halfway into loading terrain. Not sure why.
Also, what about some basic stuff like Gerrish Grays trees etc...do we need them?
I did move my registered copy of FSUIPC over, along with my active Camera install. No problems either way. My Georender scenery all works fine too!!!
Only problem is hawaii. Would love to know how to fix, or at least how to back out Golden Hawaii if unneeded.
Thanks Eric

Hi Eric, Can you go to Hawaii with one of your other planes? If so I would sustect that the radio/cd player in the S43 is not getting along with your sound card. Deactivate it per the Golden Hawaii instructions and give it a try. If you don't like my trees you can put in the Garish ones. Best, Bill

Hi Bill. I figured it out. GW3 does not like the FS Genesis American Data Demo for hawaii. I was using this in FS2004 and moved it over to FSGW. Loading it crashed the sim. I removed it from the scenery cfg for FSGW and all is well.
Your trees rock...no problem. I was just wondering if the Gerrish Trees were also needed. Some scenery does require them.
Now..another question. These container cranes have to go! How can I remove them?
Great, great work on this thing. Fabulous addon.
I may try to figure out how to use it for a base for a late 40's early 50's propliner edition too. My favorite period of flying is the propliner era.
Best, Eric
