Rename your FS9 folder to something else. Rename your FSGW3 folder to Flight Simulator 9. Put a copy of FS9.exe in the folder just in case. Run the FSE installation file and click for "repair". The installation file will then install a copy of FSE into your FSGW folder. You can then, if you want, delete this new LAGO subfolder and put a copy of the LAGO subfolder from your original FS9 folder into FSGW3. This ensures that you have all the updates that you have already installed in FS9 in your FSGW3. Put back all the names you amended above. Hey Presto FSE installed in FS9 and FSGW3.
