Something is wrong with your 172, changed or missing!!
Do you have a install of FS9, if so just copy it to the 172 in FSGW!!
If not, you can search the disc for the aircraft!!

Hi,
If you deleted the C172, you will most likely get the error you mention. That will happen if your default flight requires the C172.
You can return the C172 to your GW3 /aircraft file (copy it from FS9) and it should work ok. If you want to remove the C172 from GW3, you could try the following: Start GW3 and create a flight which includes one the aircraft in GW3. Then close GW3 and delete the C172. Then the next time you start GW3 it should start with your new default file and the GW3 aircraft you chose.
Have fun.. GW3 is great....

Thank you for the replies The 172 was indeed the aircraft used in the default flight .Probably because it was a new install of FS9.Changed the default filght to a GeeBee and all is great. From the short hop i took it is a great conversion and the older planes are what I like to fly...thanks to both of you guys for the help.

To avoid future problems when FSGW burps like FS9 does now and then you should put the c172 folder back into FSGW. If you review the list of planes top remove you will notice it is not there. We recommend keeping it installed in FSGW for a variety of reasons.
