If like me you installed GW3 and are now missing your landing lights here is one solution. Add these lines to your aircraft.cfg file. Under the [LIGHTS] section. After backing it up of course! Do not add <----- section. light.14=3, 0.05, -0.00, -0.52, fx_navwhi , <-------nose nav light light.15=5, -17.2, -18.3, -1.58, fx_navwhih , <----landing light light.16=5, -17.2, 18.3, -1.58, fx_navwhih , <----landing light Like most navlights these cannot be viewed from all angles. I had a solution that involved the halo.bmp file but sadly I reloaded FS3 and do not have that file available. It involved using the original halo file and "erasing" lights with paint shop pro. Let me know if this works for you.

Good solution, Darryl!
I've actually replaced the original halo.bmp from the Fs9 cab file but your method is much better as I now have all modern lights at airfields.

light.15=5, -17.2, -18.3, -1.58, fx_navwhih , <----landing light light.16=5, -17.2, 18.3, -1.58, fx_navwhih , <----landing light Nice fix. If you have Milton's D18 or Spartan (who doesn't ?) try replacing the 'fs_navwhih' with 'newll'. The lamps are nicely embedded. The light cast on the cowling is a little out of wack, but still looks nice. Dave
