I haven't been able to figure out this error that I get when starting up Sbuilder: "Run-time error '5': Invalid procedure call or argument." Just curious if anyone would happen to know a fix for it by any chance, no one has replied to my question at PTsim forums either so I'm scared that I may have to just restore my computer to fix this and other problems. Thanks, kobbe

Kobbe,
Is this happening when trying to start a new install or update for the first time?; or is it a new error on a previously working install?
In any case I wouldn't worry about having to restore just on SBuilder's account. SBuilder does not register with Windows.

Kobbe are your vb run-time libraries up-to-date? If you suspect not, google for download vb run-time and you should find a source.

Oh sorry for the late reply here, my topic got buried so I forgot I had posted it.
I will try installing the latest VB stuff, although I thought I had done that recently.
It just started getting this error out of the blue, the night after I got done using Sbuilder it decided to pop me that error.
Thanks!

Tried installing the latest run-times and restarting but that didn't work either. I can remove sbuilder from my system completely then reinstall it and still get the problem. Not sure what could have changed for the bad in the middle of the night causing Sbuilder to not work the next day.. Odd...
