Hi All,
I'm new to this Forum, and I hope this is the right place to ask this question.
I've noticed when I'm flying in FSGW3 there are several nuclear power plants located just west of Paris.
Anyone know how to get rid of them?
Thanks in advance mal

Somewhere here well over a year ago someone did a thread about this subject. It's probably deeply buried, but maybe a search will bring it out (or maybe not).

Thanks for the quick response...I'll do a search on it.

Hi Mal, Welcome to the forum. I think this would fare better in our scenery forum so I'll move it over. Kimber had a solution that rendered the scenery invisible but the usual solution would be to use an exclude file.

If they are regular scenery objects, which I suspect they are then I agree that an exclusion rectangle should get rid of them

Over at Scruffy's website is a video tutorial I made that explains the 2 types of exclusions. As Scruffy said, do the exclusion rectangle one, not VTP. Here's a link to the tutorial: www.scruffyduck.co.uk/files/exclude.zip

Kimber's solution was a texture replacement that rendered the Nukes invisible but did not actually remove them. I can't remember where she uploaded it or if it is still available. The excludes mentioned above are the only way to actually remove them.
The beauty of Kimber's solution was that one texture made all nuclear power plants invisible, while the exclude method requires an exclude rectangle for each one.

Have you considered a peaceful demonstration?
