Here's a new book on Imperial Airways... It covers not only Imperial from 1919 to 1939, but also examines many of the smaller British airlines before 1939. Includes many maps, photos and fleet lists.
I got mine from Historic Aviation ... (I haven't seen it anywhere else yet.)
